THE WHAT? Kiko Milano has appointed former LVMH executive Mikael Guery as President for France, Belgium and the Netherlands, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to expand across its key European markets.
THE DETAILS Guery succeeds Hugues Laurençon and will oversee Kiko Milano’s operations across nearly 200 stores in the three countries, with responsibility for driving commercial growth and expanding the retail network. He joins the Italian cosmetics brand after senior roles at DFS and Sephora within the LVMH group, followed by a brief tenure as Managing Director of pharmaceutical distributor Phoenix OCP. The appointment comes as Kiko Milano accelerates its international growth under majority shareholder L Catterton. Founded in 1997, the brand now operates almost 1,500 stores across more than 70 countries and generated nearly €1 billion in revenue in 2025.
THE WHY? The appointment reflects Kiko Milano’s continued investment in experienced retail leadership as it scales its European operations.
