THE WHAT? The LEGO Group has appointed Beiersdorf CEO Vincent Warnery to the LEGO A/S Board of Directors.
THE DETAILS Warnery joined the board effective May 12, bringing more than 35 years of experience in global consumer goods and beauty industries. As CEO of Beiersdorf, the parent company of brands including NIVEA, Eucerin and La Prairie, he brings expertise in brand building, digital transformation and sustainability. Prior to Beiersdorf, Warnery held senior leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Sanofi and L’Oréal, and has experience working with family-owned businesses.
