THE WHAT? Amway has launched the Amway Tracing Tool, a new digital platform that allows consumers to track the journey of selected Nutrilite and Artistry products from ingredient sourcing through to manufacturing and packaging.
THE DETAILS The mobile-friendly platform provides consumers with detailed information about how selected supplements and skincare products are developed, produced, tested, and packaged. Users can explore five key stages of the product creation process: science, ingredients, production, tests and checks, and design and disposal.
The tool enables consumers to trace ingredients back to their origins, including botanicals grown on Amway-owned certified organic farms in the US, Mexico, and Brazil, as well as approved partner farms worldwide. Amway maintains detailed records throughout the supply chain, with each Nutrilite-grown botanical carrying a traceable “birth certificate” documenting its lifecycle from planting to harvest.
The platform also highlights Amway’s quality control processes, including approximately 30,000 quality tests annually, alongside an additional 12,000–14,000 packaging-related tests. Interactive maps show where ingredients are sourced and where different stages of production take place, providing consumers with a visual overview of the supply chain.
The Amway Tracing Tool is currently available across several markets in Europe, Southern Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
THE WHY? The launch responds to growing consumer demand for greater transparency, accountability, and product information. By offering visibility into sourcing, manufacturing, and quality assurance processes, Amway aims to strengthen consumer trust, demonstrate its quality standards, and help customers make more informed purchasing decisions.
