Domestically, revenue rose 9% and operating profit surged 65%, supported by strong luxury gifting and channel performance. Overseas revenue increased 6%, with double-digit growth in Western markets and APAC, though operating profit declined 18% due to increased marketing investment and continued restructuring in China.
Key highlights included triple-digit growth for AESTURA in North America, COSRX returning to growth globally, and LANEIGE strengthening its position across Japan and APAC. Meanwhile, some smaller subsidiaries saw declines due to offline channel restructuring.
THE WHY? The results reflect Amorepacific’s strategic pivot towards high-growth derma skincare, global channel diversification and digital expansion, while continued investment in international markets and restructuring efforts impact short-term profitability.
