THE WHAT? Ulta Beauty has appointed Kelly Garcia as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strengthening its executive leadership team to support the company’s technology and digital growth strategy.
THE DETAILS Effective August 31, 2026, Garcia will join Ulta Beauty’s executive team after serving on the company’s Board of Directors since 2022, from which he will resign upon assuming the role. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and CTO at Domino’s Pizza, where he led the company’s global technology strategy for more than a decade. Garcia brings over 25 years of experience spanning e-commerce, customer loyalty, digital innovation, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
