THE WHAT? Regent has agreed to acquire Avon North America from LG H&H, bringing the business back under common ownership with Avon’s international operations for the first time since the businesses separated in 2016.
THE DETAILS Regent, which acquired Avon’s international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East from Natura & Co. in January 2026, will acquire LG H&H’s entire interest in Avon North America, which the Korean beauty group has owned since 2019. The deal will reunite the major Avon businesses under a shared ownership structure and strategy, with incoming Avon CEO Lisa Siders set to focus on product development, execution, market connection and strengthening opportunities for Avon Representatives and Ambassadors. The transaction is expected to close on September 1, 2026.
THE WHY? The acquisition gives Regent the opportunity to create a more unified global Avon business and strengthen its social-selling model, while allowing LG H&H to sharpen its focus on its core K-beauty, wellness and retail growth priorities.
