More than anything, though, Paige wanted to feel completely like herself on her wedding day. “That philosophy guided every decision, from the jewelry to my hair and makeup,” she adds. “When I finally put the dress on, it felt like the truest reflection of me. Wes created something even more beautiful than I could have imagined.”
While Paige initially expected wedding planning to be stressful, it ended up being one of the most enjoyable creative processes of her life. “I truly believe your wedding planner shapes your experience, and working with Easton Events made the entire process feel effortless,” she explains. “They’re incredibly detail-oriented and process-driven, which gave me complete confidence to let go. I’m very hands on and particular, so trusting someone else with that level of creative and logistical responsibility doesn’t come naturally. But, I trusted them completely, and that was one of the greatest gifts.”
Together, Paige and Tommy envisioned a wedding day that felt warm, thoughtful, and deeply personal. “Having everyone we love together in one place was incredibly special,” Paige says. “And in many ways, celebrating with them felt just as meaningful as celebrating each other. I left home to attend ski school in Vermont, and Tommy grew up in North Carolina before traveling the world competing and later making Florida home. Along the way, we’ve each been shaped by so many incredible friends, coaches, mentors, teammates, and family members. Having all of those different chapters of our lives together in one place was so special. The wedding always felt like it was about so much more than just the two of us. It became a celebration of every person who has loved us, supported us, and helped shape who we are.”
At 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Paige and her father started their procession down the aisle at the top of a grand stone staircase, before disappearing briefly into the trees and reemerging moments later for the final walk toward Tommy. “I thought those few minutes would be the most nerve-racking of my life, but they weren’t,” Paige reveals. “I felt completely carried by my dad, by our families, and by so much love. There was an incredible sense of peace.”
“I was weak in the knees [waiting for Paige], literally,” Tommy admits. “It felt like my heart was going to burst out of my chest, and I couldn’t hold back tears.”
“It almost felt like I was floating,” Paige remembers. “I felt so present in the moment. It almost felt as though it was just Tommy and me. When I asked Tommy afterward how he would describe the ceremony in one word, he said ‘emotional.’ Every piece of it: the classical music, the blessing, our vows, and being surrounded by the people who shaped our lives felt deeply personal.”
After the ceremony, the newlyweds were intentional about spending as much time as possible with their guests. To that end, they kept their post-ceremony wedding portraits efficient. “We took a handful of pictures and then hurried straight to cocktail hour because we didn’t want to miss a minute of it,” Paige says. “At the end of the day, the wedding wasn’t about creating photos—it was about celebrating with the people we love most.”
Paige changed into a custom backless Carolina Herrera dress with an oversized bow embellishment, adapted from a pre-fall 2025 collection look, to cut the cake. Finally, she wore a custom Wiederhoeft mini dress for the after-party, which took place on the grounds as made-to-order espresso martinis and Jell-O shots were passed around.
Looking back just a few days later, Paige struggles to put the wedding and what it all meant into words. “The overwhelming feeling I have is gratitude,” she says. “Looking around and seeing every person who has loved us, encouraged us, and shaped us throughout our lives all in one place is something I’ll never forget. It felt like the most beautiful beginning to our marriage.”
“It feels like we threw the party of the decade,” Tommy adds. “It was so special. And this next chapter with Paige is something I’ve been looking forward to since the day we met.”
