THE WHAT? NIVEA India has appointed Priya Dixit as General Counsel – India (Director, Legal & Compliance), strengthening its legal and compliance leadership team.
THE DETAILS Dixit brings more than 15 years of in-house legal experience, having held roles at Mondelēz International, Hindustan Unilever and Johnson & Johnson. An alumna of ILS Law College, Pune, she has expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, competition law, litigation oversight and risk management. At NIVEA India, she will lead the company’s legal strategy, oversee governance and compliance, advise business leaders on commercial and regulatory matters, and strengthen enterprise-wide legal risk management.
