With the WNBA season officially underway, there are few footwear storylines as captivating as the debut of Caitlin Clark’s first signature sneaker. And while fans will still have to wait a bit longer for the arrival of her shoe, there’s another Clark-branded pair on the way that’s worthy of a closer look.
This time, it’s Clark’s go-to Nike Kobe 5 Protro model that yet again receives a specialized colorway tied to the Indiana Fever star. The Coconut Milk/Bright Spruce/Midnight Spruce/University Red/White colorway features a creamy Coconut Milk mesh and synthetic base that’s accented with dark spruce green across the upper, liner and outsole. Small hits of bright red are seen on the tongue and outsole, but the upcoming pair is otherwise devoid of accent colors.
While Clark’s previous Kobe 5 player exclusives were tied to her team’s colors and personal achievements, the upcoming Coconut Milk variation appears to take a different, to-be-determined story direction.

Nike’s Clark-branded Kobe releases began in March 2025 with a Kobe 5 Protro in Fever colors. That was followed up with a Kobe 6 Protro in Light Armory Blue in November and the most recent launch, April’s Rookie of the Year-themed Kobe 5 Protro.
Clark’s debut Nike signature sneaker is set to be released this holiday season. Adult sizes for the still-unnamed sneaker are priced at $140, while grade school and pre-school will be $115 and $105, respectively. Little has been revealed about the upcoming model, but Clark has confirmed that it will feature a first-of-its-kind technology.
The Nike Kobe 5 Protro Coconut Milk Caitlin Clark PE is expected to be released in June for $190 from Nike’s Snkrs app and select Nike Basketball retailers. The style code for the upcoming pair is IZ1852-100.
