THE DETAILS Girou previously served as CFO of BOLD (Business Opportunities for L’Oréal Development), where she oversaw financial operations and investment performance assessments. The fund manages a portfolio of approximately 30 companies focused on technologies and innovations relevant to the cosmetics industry. Girou began her career at EY before holding several financial leadership positions at L’Oréal in France and the US, spanning manufacturing and business operations at local and global levels.
