The latest HR moves made by leading textile and apparel companies.

    Brands

    Lanvin

    Barbara Werschine

French fashion house Lanvin has named Barbara Werschine as CEO, succeeding Andy Lew. With this appointment, Lew will now focus entirely on his role as executive chairman of Lanvin Group, which also includes Sergio Rossi, Wolford and St. John.

Werschine was most recently at Eric Bompard, and her past experience includes Zadig & Voltaire, Hermes, Celine, Louis Vuitton and McKinsey. Lanvin is looking to her to lead its global strategy, with an eye toward “strengthening Lanvin’s positioning on the international stage.”

“My vision is clear: to sustainably rebuild the house’s desirability and core fundamentals,” Werschine said in a statement. “I am convinced that Lanvin possesses all the assets needed to achieve a new milestone in its growth and strengthen its footprint across key luxury markets.”

    Lululemon

As part of its agreement to end a proxy battle with its founder Chip Wilson, Lululemon is adding two new names to its board: Laura Gentile, former chief marketing officer of ESPN, and Marc Maurer, former co-chief executive officer of On. They are set to join the board following the company’s 2026 annual shareholder meeting on June 25.

By Oct. 1, Lululemon has also agreed to add one more board member that has “product and brand expertise.”

    Raw Materials

    Lenzing

    Georg Kasperkovitz

Georg Kasperkovitz, who is currently chief operations officer of Lenzing Group, will assume the role of CEO of the wood-based fiber company starting June 1 with a three-year mandate through May 31, 2029.

Following former CEO Rohit Aggarwal’s resignation from the role in December and departure in January, Lenzing has been led by a three-person managing board, which included Kasperkovitz along with chief financial officer Mathias Breuer and chief pulp and technology officer Christian Skilich. The managing board and the executive committee—which includes the managing board and three other executives at Lenzing—will remain the same as Kasperkovitz takes on this new role.

Kasperkovitz has been chief operations officer and a member of the management board at Lenzing since June 2025. In his current role, he oversees the group’s fiber division—including fiber sales, production and supply chain operations—and Lenzing notes he has improved the profitability at its fiber production sites. As CEO, he will continue to head up this segment, along with other operational areas such as human resources.

Prior to Lenzing, Kasperkovitz held roles at Mondi plc, Rail Cargo Austria AG and McKinsey & Company.

“I am very much looking forward to actively shaping Lenzing’s future,” said Kasperkovitz. “A clearly prioritized strategy focused on premium products, the consistent execution of our performance program, and a strong leadership team are key drivers of Lenzing’s continued transformation.”

    Filium

Seattle-based material science firm Filium has tapped former Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell as its CEO. He succeeds the company’s founder, Raj Shah, who will continue in a leadership role as chairman of the board.

Filium has created a breathable PFAS-free solution for water repellency, dirt release and odor resistance, which has been adopted by brands and retailers like The North Face and Bass Pro Shops.

“Filium’s game-changing and award-winning technology is designed for every fabric type and every community,” said Harrell. “I am thrilled to join the team that is bringing this revolutionary approach to sustainable, innovative textiles to its next stage with new retailers, brands and consumers.”

Along with Harrell’s appointment, Filium is establishing an executive advisory board with members including Bob Philion, former president and CEO of Puma North America and Cobra Puma Golf, and Laurie Black, whose long career at Nordstrom included serving as president of Nordstrom Rack.

    Manufacturing

    Paramount Textile Mills

    Jayesh Saxena

Home textiles manufacturer Paramount Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd.—which produces yarn, fabric and finished goods like bedding and loungewear—has named Jayesh Saxena president – global sales and new business strategy. Saxena, who has more than 35 years of experience in the textile industry, will be based out of the mill’s Mumbai office, which is also the home for the company’s product and new category development work. The manufacturer says it is prepping for its “next leap in growth,” as it looks to grow its global presence and enhance its customer partnerships.

    Technology

    Rokt

Ecommerce technology firm Rokt has appointed Sam Dozor as chief technology officer to lead engineering, tasking him with speeding the time for new capabilities to launch while also scaling the platform for clients—which include retailers like Macy’s and Marks & Spencer.

Dozor was a founding engineer at customer data platform mParticle, and he joined Rokt in 2025 when mParticle was acquired by Rokt. MParticle supports real-time decision-making for Rokt users based on consumer data, such as showing shoppers relevant offers and suggesting additional products, optimizing what it calls the “transaction moment.”

“We are in the middle of the most significant transformation in how software is built in a generation,” said Bruce Buchanan, CEO of Rokt. “AI has collapsed the cost of experimentation and compressed innovation cycles from quarters to weeks, handing a structural advantage to the companies that adapt fastest. Sam’s mandate is to make Rokt the fastest-building, most technically excellent engineering organization in our category.”

    Infios

    Sven Adler

Supply chain technology firm Infios has named Sven Adler as chief financial officer, heading up the company’s finance operations. He comes to Infios with more than two decades of experience in finance roles, including a decade at SAP as CFO of the North America services business.

“[Sven’s] ability to drive transformation and act as a true business partner supports our focus on purposeful innovation and positions us to scale with agility,” said Ed Auriemma, CEO of Infios.

    Orva

Orva, which partners with brands like Adidas and Cole Haan to support merchandising and marketplace operations, has a new CEO. The e-commerce accelerator appointed Stephanie Fox to the role, marking the company’s first CEO from outside the founding family.

Fox was most recently at Thrasio, which acquires brands and helps them grow on marketplaces like Amazon. At the end of her almost eight-year tenure at the company, she was serving as CEO. She has more than 20 years of experience in growing brands, including in e-commerce, and Orva sees her strengthening its marketplace offerings and brand partnership model.

    Logistics

    Veho

    Jean-André Rougeot

Delivery firm Veho has added Jean-André Rougeot, former president and CEO of Sephora Americas, to its board. Rougeot’s career began at McKinsey & Co., and prior to Sephora he held roles at Coty, LVMH and Benefit Cosmetics.

Explaining the appointment, Veho’s co-founder and CEO Itamar Zur said, “Jean-André spent 40 years building iconic, customer-obsessed brands and witnessed how the rise of e-commerce transformed customers’ expectations. He intuitively understands that in an era where consumers have more choices than ever, delivery is a brand differentiator.”

Rougeot said that he wants brands to look at delivery as a customer experience driver rather than merely a cost. “I’ve spent my career obsessing over the brand experience, but delivery, one of the most critical moments, was always the variable I couldn’t fully control,” he said. “Veho is solving a problem that most brand leaders didn’t even know how to articulate. After seeing how Veho has turned the delivery experience into a driver of customer trust and repeat purchase, I became a true believer.”

    Geodis

Freight forwarder Geodis is making organizational changes in the Americas to simplify its client experience, combining functions including account management and data and analytics under one leader. Heading up this organization will be Nura Kruciak, who has been promoted to head of client experience, reporting to Laura Ritchey, president and CEO of Geodis in Americas.

Additionally, the company made a number of other appointments.

Hector Garcia, who was most recently North American director of environmental, health, safety and sustainability at Del Monte Foods, has been named vice president of sustainability. He brings more than two decades of experience in ESG across the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.

Rob Greene joins Geodis as executive vice president of transportation. Over his more than 25-year career in logistics, he has worked across all levels of the industry.

Quadiru Kent has been appointed chief human resources officer in the Americas. His most recent role was vice president of global people support at American Airlines, and he has held additional HR and leadership roles at companies including Walmart.

Geodis also named Ganesh Nayakwadi chief financial officer. He was most recently CFO of Amrize Building Envelope.

“We are making deliberate, structural investments in how we serve our customers and how we grow,” said Ritchey. “Creating a dedicated client experience organization, combined with bringing in exceptional leaders, sends a clear message: We are a business that is close to its customers, agile and proactive.”
