THE WHAT? Henkel has completed its acquisition of premium hair care brand OLAPLEX following the fulfilment of all closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
THE DETAILS OLAPLEX is now fully integrated into Henkel’s Consumer Brands business, adding a science-led premium hair care portfolio with strong positions in professional salons, specialty retail and e-commerce. The brand generated approximately €370 million in sales in fiscal year 2025 and has a balanced global footprint across the US and international markets. Henkel said the acquisition strengthens its presence in North America and positions the company as the world’s second-largest player in professional hair care.
