THE WHAT? Diageo has appointed former Procter & Gamble Beauty CEO R. Alexandra “Alex” Keith as a Non-Executive Director, effective November 5, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
THE DETAILS Keith brings more than 35 years of international consumer goods experience, most recently serving as CEO of P&G’s Beauty business, where she oversaw a major global portfolio and drove growth through innovation, acquisitions, portfolio development and organisational transformation. Her experience spans brand building, general management, supply chain and consumer products across North America, Europe and Asia. Keith has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Thermo Fisher Scientific since 2020. Following shareholder approval, she will join Diageo’s Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
THE WHY? The appointment brings significant beauty and consumer brand expertise to Diageo’s Board as the company works to strengthen its competitiveness and transform its business.
