THE WHAT? Coty has appointed Kara Langan General Manager of Consumer Beauty U.S. as the group strengthens the leadership team overseeing one of its key markets.
THE DETAILS Langan will oversee Coty’s US Consumer Beauty business, including commercial strategy, innovation and brand performance across the portfolio. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning fragrance, colour cosmetics, skincare, hair care and personal care, with previous senior roles at Evermark, Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Elizabeth Arden and Revlon. The appointment follows the addition of Vanessa Kidd as EVP, Lifestyle Scenting Global Brands and New Product Development, who leads Coty’s global Lifestyle Scenting business and supports its Future of Scenting strategy.
