THE WHAT? Valentino Beauty has unveiled Vendetta, its first new prestige fragrance franchise in six years, introducing a duo of fragrances—Vendetta Donna and Vendetta Uomo—to expand its luxury fragrance portfolio.
THE DETAILS Vendetta pays tribute to the Maison’s original Vendetta fragrance launched in 1991 while presenting a contemporary interpretation of passion and emotional connection. Vendetta Donna, created by master perfumer Dominique Ropion with Andrew Everett, combines Tuberose Osmobloom™, red orange nectar, sandalwood and white floral notes. Vendetta Uomo, created by Marie Salamagne, features ginger, Italian citrus, cinnamon liquor accord, patchouli and woody notes. The fragrance duo is presented in bottles featuring Valentino’s signature V motif and couture-inspired pleated caps, with Dakota Johnson and Alexander Skarsgård fronting the global campaign. The collection is scheduled to launch in the US in late August.
THE WHY? The launch marks a significant expansion of Valentino Beauty’s prestige fragrance business, reinforcing the brand’s long-term fragrance strategy with its first new franchise in six years while leveraging the House’s heritage and strengthening its position in the global luxury fragrance market.
