Ermenegildo Zegna Group, owner of Zegna and Thom Browne and licensee of Tom Ford Fashion, reported revenues up 10.3% year-on-year in the second quarter of 2026, ended June 30, to €517.1 million. For the first half of the year, group revenues reached €987.3 million, up 6.4%.

“I am particularly proud to report [double-digit] growth in the group’s revenues in the past quarter, with sequential acceleration across all brands,” Ermenegildo “Gildo” Zegna, executive chair of Ermenegildo Zegna Group, said in a statement. “This performance reflects the strength of our client-centric model. Zegna continued to deepen client engagement with a milestone Villa Zegna event in Los Angeles in June, and I am equally encouraged by the performance of Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion.”

The Zegna brand led performance for the group during Q2, with revenues up 16.9% year-on-year to €324.3 million, credited to a strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) performance across all regions. Tom Ford Fashion revenues rose 4.5% to €89.1 million, off the back of a positive reception to Haider Ackermann’s Spring/Summer collections, while Thom Browne was flat at €64.9 million, amid an ongoing rationalization of its wholesale channel. For the first half of the year, Zegna was up 11.2% and Tom Ford Fashion was up 2.7%, while Thom Browne saw a 4.7% dip.

On Thom Browne and Tom Ford Fashion, Gildo said: “Their results confirm that the actions underway follow the right trajectory, although we are conscious that it is still the beginning of the journey and we must remain patient to see progress over time.”

By region, the Americas, which has been an area of focus for the group, led the charge in Q2, with revenues up 20% to €165.3 million. This was strengthened by Greater China, up 12.2% in the quarter to €112 million, and the rest of Asia-Pacific increased 11.5% to €62.1 million. Meanwhile, sales in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) region lagged due a negative wholesale performance, as revenues grew just 1.3% to €177.1 million. (The Middle East was positive in the second quarter.)

The drag in the wholesale channel (-9.8% in Q2) reflects Zegna’s prioritization of its DTC model (+16.4% in Q2), including face-to-face customer engagement, according to the group. Villa Zegna LA marked the sixth iteration of its experiential, invite-only pop-up, after Shanghai, New York, Miami, and more. The West Hollywood spot was the concept’s biggest Villa investment to date, and underscored the company’s retail-first recalibration and focus on the US market.

Gildo added: “As we move through the rest of the year, we remain determined and disciplined to invest in the right priorities to deliver on our ambitions.”
