Releases from Jordan Brand, Nike, Adidas and Vans are some of the buzziest products on the secondary market so far in 2026, according to StockX.
Rather than simply looking at the top 10 products with the most sales on release day, StockX said its latest “Big Facts” report pulled a cross-catalog sampling of products that set release-day sales records at the brand and in some cases, the entire category level.
According to StockX, the Jordan 5 Retro in Wolf Grey, which launched on Feb. 28, saw more release-day sales than any other sneaker on the resale platform so far in 2026. It also ranked as the No. 10 best release-day performance across all products and categories in StockX history.
In second place this year was the Nike Mind 001 Slide in Light Smoke Grey. StockX added that the slide was also the No. 1 shoe release from Nike in the resale platform’s history.
The No. 1 release performance for an Adidas sneaker so far this year came from the Adidas BadBo 1.0 Bad Bunny Resilience — the shoe Bad Bunny wore during his record-setting halftime show. The next day, StockX noted it saw searches for “Bad Bunny” surge by more than 250 percent. The shoe came in third place in the overall release-day data.
Rounding out the sneaker category is the Vans LX Old Skool 36 Pearlized Pack in Black Navy, which saw the best release-day performance from a Vans sneaker so far in 2026 and ranks as the No. 2 release-day performance from a Vans sneaker in StockX history. In other words, across 10 years of release-day sales data, this non-collaboration Old Skool trailed only one other Vans sneaker ever.
The last shoe release in the report’s top ten so far this year was the Timberland Waterproof Field Boot Loso in Black, which came in ninth place. The shoe, which is a collaboration with New York-based shoe customizer Loso that dropped in late March, currently ranks as the No. 1 Timberland release in StockX history, not just this year.
Greg Schwartz, chief executive officer of StockX, said in a statement that the report is a “pulse check” on the secondary market and some of the biggest moments and most important shifts happening right now.
“Take for example, brands like Supreme and Vans,” Schwartz noted. “The moves they’ve made, what they’re prioritizing — those decisions are starting to show up in market demand. And then there’s the soccer event of the summer. Fans are making their team allegiance clear and voting with their wallets.”
Speaking of Vans, StockX also found that sales of the brand’s Old Skool sneaker have surged more than 800 percent and average prices up nearly 40 percent year-over-year. “With successful releases continuing to stack up, the Old Skool’s moment seems far from over,” the company stated.
What’s more, StockX found that Puma’s Speedcat Wedge was the brand’s best-selling sneaker so far this year, with the Totally Taupe Chocolate colorway accounting for over 1,000 sales in just a few months on the platform.
The report from StockX also examined how soccer fanbases worldwide have been spending on the secondary market. When it comes to shoes, Argentina’s top two best-selling soccer products (No. 1, No. 2) are both Sambas from Messi’s collaboration with Adidas, and the No. 3 and No. 4 top-sellers are from an expansive three-way collaboration between Messi, Kith, and Adidas that only dropped a few weeks ago.
As for the U.S., StockX found that the Nike Air Force 1 Low ’07 LV8 Team USA World Cup was the top purchase for the country’s soccer fans.
