True Religion
American jeans brand True Religion has named Andrew Rauch as senior vice president of global digital and e-commerce. In this role, Rauch will focus on scaling the business and elevating its e-tailing efforts as True Religion works to become a $1 billion brand.
He joins from Foot Locker, where he served as global vice president digital, managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the $1.3 billion e-commerce business across its Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Champs brands. Before that, Rauch was executive vice president of digital at PVH Corp. for PVH Americas. He previously spent nine years at Urban Outfitters in “roles of increasing responsibility,” later departing as executive director, global e-commerce, digital marketing and analytics.
Rauch will report to True Religion chief executive officer Michael Buckle.
TrueWerk
Denver-based performance workwear brand Truewerk has named Matt Snyder as vice president of product and merchandising.
In this role, Snyder will lead product development and drive Truewerk’s merchandising capabilities to support the company’s continued growth. He joins from KUIU, where he served as vice president of product for the hunting gear brand, overseeing product design, development and merchandising. Before that, he held leadership roles at outdoor and workwear companies, including Big Ray’s and Cabela’s.
