THE WHAT? Revlon has partnered with Pokémon to launch a limited-edition collection of Kiss Sugar Scrub lip products inspired by the character Ditto and its iconic transformation mishaps.
THE DETAILS The “Revlon x Pokémon Kiss Sugar Scrub” range features four designs showcasing Ditto alongside versions attempting to imitate Pikachu, Snorlax and Slowpoke. Each variant includes its own fragrance and is based on Revlon’s leave-on exfoliating lip scrub formula, which combines fruit extracts and oils including pomegranate, raspberry and grape seed to moisturise and smooth lips. Revlon said the products are designed to provide hydration with minimal colour tint for a natural look. The limited-edition collection will launch exclusively in Japan from June 4, 2026, through drugstores and cosmetics retailers, with each product retailing for 990 yen. The collaboration builds on the long-running success of Revlon’s Kiss Sugar Scrub range, which has sold more than eight million units globally since launch.
THE WHY? The partnership highlights the continued popularity of beauty and entertainment collaborations as brands use licensed characters and pop culture partnerships to drive consumer engagement, attract younger shoppers and create collectible product demand.
