THE WHAT? Laboratoires Pierre Fabre has appointed Venaïg Solinhac as Chief Executive Officer of its Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care division.
THE DETAILS Solinhac joins Pierre Fabre’s Executive Committee with more than 20 years of international experience in consumer health and personal care. Most recently at Kenvue, she led the global relaunch of Johnson’s Baby and contributed to the revitalisation of Listerine across Asia-Pacific. Previously, she held senior leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, working across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the US on brands including Sensodyne, Panadol and Centrum. In her new role, she will oversee the strategic development of Pierre Fabre’s dermo-cosmetics and personal care portfolio, including Avène, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, René Furterer, Darrow, MÊME Cosmetics and Pierre Fabre Oral Care.
THE WHY? The appointment is intended to support Pierre Fabre’s global growth strategy by strengthening its consumer-focused approach as competition from local brands increases and demand grows for trusted dermo-cosmetic products.
