THE DETAILS Jain will oversee the expansion of Nykaa Now while strengthening the company’s supply chain, fulfilment network and technology capabilities. Nykaa plans to extend its 30-minute beauty delivery service to all high-demand markets across India by the end of FY2030 and is also enhancing its next-day and hyperlocal delivery operations. Bringing more than 20 years of experience from Unilever, Flipkart and Swiggy Instamart, Jain is expected to leverage AI-driven demand forecasting and logistics innovation to support the platform’s next phase of growth.
