THE WHAT? Novvia Group has acquired Florida-based luxury beauty packaging supplier APC Packaging as part of its continued expansion in the beauty and personal care packaging sector.
THE DETAILS Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale and founded in 2006, APC Packaging supplies sustainable packaging solutions for the premium skincare and cosmetics markets, including plastic and glass containers, closures and related packaging components. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Novvia’s beauty and personal care portfolio following its acquisition of Garrett Hewitt International in May 2025. APC Packaging founders Lisa and Christina Lin will remain in leadership roles and continue managing day-to-day operations. Novvia, which is backed by private equity firm Kelso & Company, said the deal supports its broader consumer packaging growth strategy, following previous acquisitions including Saxco International and Garrett Hewitt. PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to APC Packaging.
THE WHY? The acquisition reflects continued consolidation within the beauty packaging sector as suppliers seek greater scale, expanded product capabilities and stronger positioning in premium and sustainable packaging categories.
