THE WHAT? LVMH has appointed Sylvia Tournery as President of Sephora Collection, placing the former L’Oréal executive in charge of Sephora’s proprietary beauty brand.
THE DETAILS Tournery joins Sephora’s global leadership team and will report directly to Guillaume Motte, President and CEO of Sephora. She brings nearly 20 years of beauty industry experience, including more than 17 years at L’Oréal, where she held senior leadership positions across brands such as Lancôme and Biotherm. She also previously served as a make-up product manager for Yves Saint Laurent in Germany. In her new role, Tournery will oversee the next phase of growth for Sephora Collection, with a focus on accelerating product development, driving innovation and increasing the brand’s global appeal. LVMH described Sephora Collection as a strategic pillar within Sephora’s broader beauty offering.
