THE DETAILS The flagship reopens following an 18-month renovation and officially welcomed the public on 5 June 2026 after a week of invite-only preview events. Designed as an immersive destination rather than a traditional retail store, the space offers bespoke beauty services across skincare, complexion and lip care. Highlights include a customised Lip Sleeping Mask service that allows visitors to create personalised scent combinations, a robot-assisted Neo cushion compact experience that produces a custom foundation shade from 150 colour options, and an AI-powered Cream Skin service that analyses skin conditions and creates one of 25 tailored formulations on-site. The flagship reflects LANEIGE’s “Open to Wonder” philosophy and combines advanced beauty technology, artificial intelligence and on-demand manufacturing.
