The upfronts celebrated the upcoming slate for 2026 from NBCUniversal, and Garner took the stage in a pair of Tom Ford‘s Vertigo Mary Jane Pumps in black calf leather, which retail for $1,350. The Tom Ford Vertigo Mary Jane pump is crafted in patent leather with a pointy toe and a low cut vamp. The pumps balance on a sturdy 85mm stiletto heel.
The shoes feature a slip-on, mule design and are designed with a slim strap across the vamp holding the foot in place. A logo-engraved buckle holds the strap and completes the shoe. The shoe features a low heel counter with the sides cutout, creating d’Orsay silhouette.

She paired the lustrous heels with a black Versace Grain De Poudre Wool Mini Dress, which retails for $2,720 at Neiman Marcus. The Versace dress is crafted from sleek grain de poudre wool mohair, a V-shaped neckline and a sleeveless design. The dress is adorned with chest and waist flap pockets. The garment features a flattering A-line silhouette, a button-front and a hem that falls above the knee.

Garner attended the Apple TV Press Day in February in a similar pair of heels. She wore the Gianvito Rossi Cara ankle-strap pump to the event. The Cara heels are also crafted from black patent lamb leather. They are a pointed-toe style with a low-cut vamp that creates a d’Orsay silhouette, with the sides cut away to reveal the arch of the foot. Like the Tom Ford heels, the d’Orsay effect enhanced the shoe’s appearance by adding softness to the style.
