Makeup artist Valentina Li expertly crafted a lightning sky on the expanse of an eye, while Skyla Sanders opted for some “fairy meets baddie” glam that brought undulating shades of pastel all-over. Janhvi Kapoor, India Mullen, Jessie Murph all had their own takes on the feline flick of liner, too.
