If it wasn’t obvious already, “Love Island USA” is taking over Hollywood.
Stars of seasons past and present descended upon Beverly Hills for Variety’s annual Power of Young Hollywood 2026, among them, series eight favorites Melanie Moreno, Kayda Bosse, Aniya Harvey and Trinity Tatum, otherwise known as “the core four.” Under the fluorescent lights, the women, all finalists on the show this summer, united with an overt feminine prowess and beauty that will, no doubt, spawn viral trends for months on end. Here, a closer look at their hair and makeup aesthetics on Wednesday night’s carpet.
Melanie Moreno

Cast-favorite Melanie Moreno made her red carpet debut clad in a teal and navy draped Louis Vuitton spring 2011 gown, styled by Mia Elnekave and Emily Abbey. For glam, Moreno kept it “cool girl,” putting a modern spin on “indie sleaze” and “Brat” beauty with a smoky eye and a nude-taupe gradient lip crafted by makeup artist Jimmy Stam. Charcoal shadow wrapped her eyes in a tired haze, while mauve-sunset tones kissed her brow bones, complementing the hues on the high points of her cheeks. Meanwhile, her inky hair was loosely waved and parted down the middle, giving the impression she’d spent little time on the look. Her nails — cut short and painted black — were the work of celebrity manicurist Akemi Santiago.
Kayda Bosse

Hot off the heels of her contract signing with United Talent Agency, Kayda Bosse touched down on the blue carpet in a torn metallic gown and medium brown extensions. Subtle blond highlights hugged the outline of her face, accenting the dusty brown and gold tones on her lids. For lashes, Bosse opted for natural extensions, purposefully placing them on the outer corners of her top line to lift her appearance. Meanwhile, a coral hue melted over her cheeks and the bridge of her nose, embellishing the glossy crimson coating her lips.

Aniya Harvey

Season eight runner-up Aniya Harvey joined the A-list crowd on Wednesday night, donning a cream-colored bustier dress with lace paneling. Adding drama to her fashion, Harvey donned extra-long extensions that traced the length of her back. For glam, she stamped white glitter in her inner corners and along her brow bones. Her cheeks were accented in a bubblegum blush, and her nails were styled in a square-shaped, black French tip.
Trinity Tatum

Season eight winner Trinity Tatum put transition blush on the beauty map outside the star-studded affair, boasting blurred babydoll blush that blended seamlessly with her bright undereyes. Meanwhile, her lids were dusted in matte inky hues under spider-leg lash extensions by Lilly Lashes. The aesthetic was crafted by makeup artist Autavis Newkirk, using an arsenal of Haus Labs products. For hair, Tatum tapped stylist Magic Mike to install a honey-colored hairpiece with bouffant Old Hollywood-esque curls.
