THE DETAILS The acquisition brings Bluecore’s retail data and identity technology into Insider One’s Agentic Customer Engagement Platform, expanding its capabilities in AI-driven marketing automation and customer engagement. Bluecore works with more than 400 enterprise retail brands, including Sephora, Ralph Lauren, Bloomingdale’s, Michael Kors, The North Face and J.Crew. Insider One said the deal enhances its real-time customer data infrastructure, combining Bluecore’s Transparent ID Network — which processes more than 10 billion shopper events daily — with Insider One’s AI-led engagement platform. The company said its system uses intelligent agents to autonomously create, execute and optimise customer interactions across multiple channels without relying on traditional campaign structures. The acquisition also strengthens Insider One’s presence in North America through Bluecore’s enterprise retail customer base.
