Spring is here, and Timothée Chalamet has seemingly swapped his go-to Timberland boots for Adidas sneakers. While his longtime girlfriend Kylie Jenner was showing off a custom Schiaparelli gown uptown in Manhattan on Monday, the “Dune” star was busy sitting courtside at New York Knicks game wearing Adidas sneakers.

Chalamet attended the Philadelphia 76ers and Knicks game, which is game one of the second round of the NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs and took place at Madison Square Garden. He wore a pair of light blue Samba OG sneakers, in the Icey Blue/Chalk White/Sand Strata colorway, which feature a classic gum sole. They retail for $110.
The shoes are made with a leather upper and suede overlays, as well as Tritan-inspired graphic details that add a unique touch, while contrast stitching on the heel completes them. There is a printed Trefoil logo and serrated 3-Stripes in white. The Samba OG Shoes have become a signature style for the sportswear brand and have traveled from football pitches to skate parks to the streets since they debuted in the 1950s.

He paired the low-profile shoes with a Uniform Experiment Border Tee. The top is a long-sleeve striped shirt from the 2026 spring collection. It features high-gauge original border fabric, silk-processing for a clear texture and a gradient logo on the lower back. He wore it in the eye-catching bright blue and black colorway.
The Oscar nominee had another Adidas moment recently. When he attended a game between the Atlanta Hawks and the Knicks during the 2026 NBA Playoffs on April 20, also at Madison Square Garden in New York, Chalamet arrived wearing a pair of white Stan Smith sneakers.

The Stan Smith is one of the athletic brand’s most recognizable styles over the years, and its most recent resurgence was about 10 years ago. The Stan Smith originated as a tennis shoe in the 1970s before it became a hugely successful lifestyle sneaker. The sneakers are known for their minimalist design. The sneaker features an all-white upper, laces and soles, with green details at the heel and tongue, while a perforated version of the three stripes decorates the sides. The tennis player’s face is also showcased on the tongue in green.
Chalamet has a history of wearing custom Chrome Hearts x Timberlands boots, which he recently wore to a basketball game last week. The New York native spent the majority of his “Marty Supreme” press tour in either the stylish work boots or sneakers. Take a look below at his best shoe moments from the tour below.
