THE WHAT? Marks & Spencer and Sephora have formed a strategic partnership to launch Sephora at M&S across 100 UK stores and M&S.com from spring 2027.
THE DETAILS The shop-in-shop partnership will combine Sephora’s prestige beauty portfolio, specialist expertise and brand relationships with M&S’s national store network and omnichannel infrastructure. The offer will span skincare, make-up, fragrance, hair care and body care, including established and emerging brands, new-to-M&S names and selected Sephora exclusives. Specialist beauty teams will operate in stores, while M&S.com will carry a broader assortment supported by home delivery and nationwide Click & Collect. The UK beauty market is valued at £5.2 billion, while M&S currently holds a 1.3 percent share.
THE WHY? The partnership provides Sephora with a scalable route to accelerate its UK expansion without relying solely on standalone store openings, while significantly strengthening M&S’s position in prestige beauty and supporting its wider Fashion, Home and Beauty transformation
