THE WHAT? Amorepacific has set a target of KRW 15 trillion (US$10.8 billion) in group revenue by 2035 as it builds dermatology-focused beauty, clinical skincare and hair care into new global growth pillars.
THE DETAILS The South Korean cosmetics group plans to generate KRW 1 trillion from its dermatology beauty brands by fiscal 2030, led by the international expansion of Aestura and Illiyoon. Aestura, now present in 36 countries, will enter nine additional markets by the first half of 2027, while IOPE plans to enter Europe following its US Sephora launch and is targeting KRW 500 billion in sales by 2035. Amorepacific is separately targeting KRW 1 trillion in hair care revenue by fiscal 2030, expanding brands including Ryo and Mise en Scene across the US, China, Japan and Brazil and increasing overseas sales to more than 60 percent of the category. The group will also increase investment in social media, e-commerce, consumer data and AI-supported capabilities.
THE WHY? The strategy signals Amorepacific’s push to diversify its international growth beyond its established beauty portfolio, using dermatology-led skincare, premium hair and scalp care and digital commerce to build categories with greater global scale.
