THE WHAT? SEMCAP Beauty & Wellness has led a minority investment in UK personalised wellbeing platform Healf to support its international expansion and continued development of its technology and personalisation capabilities.
THE DETAILS Founded in 2020, Healf has surpassed £100 million in annualised revenue with fewer than 100 employees. The platform combines curated wellness products with blood biomarkers, wearable technology, practitioner guidance and customer data across its Eat, Move, Mind and Sleep pillars. The funding round also includes Pentland Ventures, Ami Capital, IRIS, Active Partners and Sequel, alongside investors including Claudia Schiffer and Natalia Vodianova Arnault. Healf recently entered Germany, its first market outside the UK, with the new capital supporting further international growth.
THE WHY? The investment reflects growing investor interest in the convergence of beauty, wellness, health and technology, as the sector shifts towards platforms combining products with diagnostics, data and personalised recommendations.
