THE WHAT? Sephora Global Chief Operating Officer Alexis Rollier has stepped down after more than 14 years with the beauty retailer and over two decades within the wider LVMH Group.
THE DETAILS Rollier has held the role of Global COO since 2018, overseeing finance, strategy, supply chain, technology and procurement functions to support Sephora’s international expansion. During his career with LVMH, he also held senior finance roles at Moët Hennessy, Guerlain and the group’s perfumes and cosmetics division before joining Sephora in 2012. His departure comes amid broader leadership changes across LVMH, including a reorganisation of Sephora’s European management team and a series of senior executive appointments across the retailer’s global operations.
THE WHY? Rollier’s departure forms part of a wider leadership reshuffle across LVMH as the luxury group continues to strengthen its management structure and support Sephora’s next phase of international growth.
