Anya Taylor-Joy went for Old Hollywood glamour in Dior for the Apple TV premiere of her new miniseries “Lucky” at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles on Monday night.

The actress wore a design courtesy of Dior’s cruise 2027 collection, the first resortwear curation by creative director Jonathan Anderson. The sensually styled, vintage-inspired sleeveless dress was crafted with a plunging V-shaped neckline and draping in a glossy sheen fabric.
Floral appliqués came in the form of a rosette at the hip, where gathered fabric created a thigh-high slit with cascading florals further emphasizing the asymmetric element. Taylor-Joy completed the look with sandal heels by Giuseppe Zanotti.

When it came to accessories, Taylor-Joy wore pieces by Tiffany & Co., including a bracelet and platinum and yellow diamond ring. The actress has served as a global ambassador for the jewelry brand since 2021, and previously starred in Tiffany & Co.’s 2025 holiday campaign.
Along with the aforementioned jewelry label, Taylor-Joy also serves as an ambassador for Dior, a role she’s held since October 2021. The actress is an ardent supporter of Anderson, telling WWD at the March 2026 Grand Dîner du Louvre that the couturier is “a master of creating experiences that are so sensory — it’s everything.”

Anderson’s cruise 2027 collection exchanged sensory moments for Hollywood fantasy. Debuting in May in Los Angeles, the collection was “a love letter to Hollywood and the power of dreams and illusion,” Ryma Chikhoune wrote in WWD’s review of the curation.
“Old Hollywood echoed throughout the collection and the set, where vintage Cadillacs appeared alongside flashes of shimmer from new versions of the Saddle bag, heels embellished with flowers or feathers, sparkling sunglasses and sequined details,” Chikhoune wrote.

“The influence traced back to Christian Dior’s own relationship with cinema in the 1950s, when the couturier dressed stars including Ava Gardner, Marilyn Monroe and Marlene Dietrich.”
The AppleTV miniseries “Lucky” is an adaptation of Marissa Stapley’s 2021 novel of the same name. The series follows a reformed criminal, played by Taylor-Joy, who must confront her past and take on one final job to secure her freedom. The miniseries debuts Wednesday.
