THE DETAILS The rollout, which begins on 3 July, follows strong customer demand, with Charlotte Tilbury consistently ranking among the most searched-for beauty brands on Boots.com. Dedicated Charlotte Tilbury counters will offer the brand’s full range of products alongside personalised consultations, beauty services and artistry-led experiences. The launch also extends the brand’s physical retail presence into new locations including Derby, Aberdeen and the Isle of Wight. According to joint research from Boots and Charlotte Tilbury, 75% of consumers prefer to complete beauty purchases in-store after discovering products online, while 87% value personalised advice and product trials before buying.
THE WHY? The partnership strengthens Boots’ position in the premium beauty market while supporting Charlotte Tilbury’s strategy to broaden its UK retail footprint. It also reflects continued investment in experiential retail, as beauty brands and retailers respond to consumer demand for in-store expertise, personalised services and omnichannel shopping journeys.
