The ceremony was held at the Marriott Marquis Hotel on Thursday in New York, and Swift waltzed onto the red carpet in some elegant yet modern square-toe heels. The fashion house shared the look on Instagram, saying the singer had on a pair of “black satin sliced sandals” for the event.
The sandals feature a minimalist open-toe design with a single, narrow forefoot strap that starts off ultra-slim at the center and then widens at the edges of the foot. The shoes are complete with a slim ankle strap that’s held up by narrow straps on the sides of the ankle and crisscrosses around the back of the foot.

The most identifiable feature on the heel is the dramatically sharp square toe, which adds a modern twist to her floral look. The shoes stand tall on a sculptural heel feature a stark and steep incline. The heels are around five inches tall and are designed with a slim block heel.
The Givenchy look was created for her by the brand’s creative director Sarah Burton and the singer was styled by Joseph Cassell Falconer. The “All Too Well” singer wore a custom black satin back crepe draped bustier dress, featuring Old Masters floral embroidery, styled with a matching embroidered satin clutch.

The Grammy winner has been into sky-high strappy heels this week. As FN reported, Swift attended the “Toy Story 5” premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday in similar brown heels. She opted for Aleví Milano Bar Satin Havana sandal style.
The shoe features a thin strap across the toes and a slender ankle strap, creating a barely-there aesthetic. She then attended the New York Knicks game in Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, strapping her feet into black Versace Medusa Chain Sandals.
