THE WHAT? WPP has won a consolidated marketing account for Natura across Latin America, expanding its relationship with the Brazilian beauty and personal care group.
THE DETAILS The appointment follows a six-month agency review process and covers media, creative and production services across Natura’s Latin American operations, including Avon in the region. The account, which is estimated to represent approximately US$55 million in annual media spending, will be led by VML and WPP Media, with support from other WPP agencies connected through the company’s WPP Open marketing platform. The business will be managed from WPP’s São Paulo campus, with the transition scheduled to take place during the current quarter.
THE WHY? The consolidation is designed to create a more integrated marketing structure across Latin America, enabling Natura to streamline media, creative and production activities while leveraging data, technology and AI-driven marketing capabilities to improve efficiency and brand performance.
