THE WHAT? Bella Hadid’s fragrance brand ‘Ôrəbella has secured a Series A growth equity investment led by Silas Capital and appointed beauty executive Anish Agarwal as CEO to support the brand’s next phase of international expansion.
THE DETAILS The financing round included participation from existing investor Celebrands, which incubated the brand alongside Hadid. The investment will support product innovation, retail expansion and operational scaling across global markets. Founded by Hadid, ‘Ôrəbella has built momentum through its proprietary bi-phase skin parfum system and rapid international retail rollout. The brand launched across Ulta Beauty in the US before expanding into Ulta Beauty Middle East, where it currently holds the number one fragrance position, as well as entering 500 Douglas stores across 20 countries and establishing a UK presence through Selfridges. The company also reported strong consumer demand for its limited-edition Jasmine Blues fragrance, which is selling at double forecast levels in the US. Alongside the funding announcement, ‘Ôrəbella confirmed the appointment of Anish Agarwal as CEO. Agarwal previously held senior roles at Colgate-Palmolive, L’Oréal and T3 Micro, where he led brand growth and retail expansion across prestige beauty channels.
THE WHY? The investment and leadership appointment position ‘Ôrəbella to accelerate international growth and expand beyond fragrance into adjacent beauty categories, reflecting continued investor interest in founder-led prestige beauty brands with strong global consumer appeal.
