Anne Hathaway went streamlined in her stylish Michael Kors Collection look on Monday in New York City during the final stretch of her “The Devil Wears Prada 2” press tour.
The Oscar-winning “Les Misérables” actress styled a look from the American fashion label’s fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection. The ensemble, a coordinated jacket with long sleeves and sharp lapels paired with a flowing skirt, featured a black-and-white checkered print akin to the popular Prince of Wales check.

The look included flap pockets just below the cinched waist, which was further defined with Khaite’s Keefe belt. The New York luxury label’s black leather style featured an oversized gold center buckle, adding a warm metallic contrast to the gray check tailoring. From one pocket, a panel of matching fabric fell into a long asymmetric drape, loosening the otherwise structured silhouette.
The midi skirt continued the black-and-white checkered motif and included a side thigh-high slit. Hathaway wore sheer black tights with the look and added a pair of dark patent pumps to complete her look. As for accessories, Hathaway went minimal with her jewelry, favoring a pair of bold black sunglasses.
As for glam, Hathaway’s hair was styled by Orlando Pita with soft, flowing waves that cascaded past her shoulders. The actress’ makeup, executed by artist Hung Vanngo with assistance from Jian Qiao Lu, included bold brows and a pop of color with a pink lip. Hathaway’s look was curated by stylist Erin Walsh.

Walsh’s structured wardrobe for Hathaway’s “The Devil Wears Prada 2” press tour has featured a bevy of high-profile designers and fashion houses, with sartorial references to the highly anticipated sequel’s poster color scheme of black, red and white.
The entire cast of the film even embraced the aforementioned colorways upon touching down in London for the movie’s premiere on Wednesday. For her part, Hathaway wore a sleek black strapless dress with sheer paneling on the bodice courtesy of Versace.
“The Devil Wears Prada 2,” a sequel to the 2006 film based on the novel by Lauren Weisberger, sees Andy Sachs, played by Hathaway, reunited with her former boss Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep, in an effort to revitalize her reputation at the fashion magazine Runway. The film hits theaters Friday.
