THE WHAT? The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Gaétane Baudry Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Bobbi Brown, strengthening the makeup brand’s leadership as it focuses on international growth and digital transformation.
THE DETAILS Baudry will oversee Bobbi Brown’s global strategy, brand development, innovation and consumer engagement, reporting to Lisa Sequino, Global President, Makeup Brands. She joins from L’Oréal Luxe, where she served as Global Brand President of Shu Uemura, overseeing marketing, retail, e-commerce, communications and business development. With more than 20 years of experience in luxury beauty, Baudry has also held senior leadership positions at Giorgio Armani Beauty, Helena Rubinstein and Lancôme. At Bobbi Brown, she will focus on strengthening the brand’s positioning, expanding its distribution channels and accelerating its digital and omnichannel development.
