THE WHAT? Scent Beauty has appointed Yoana Land Chief Financial Officer as the fragrance company strengthens its executive leadership to support portfolio expansion and international growth.
THE DETAILS Land brings more than 25 years of experience across beauty, consumer businesses and private equity, including a decade at L’Oréal, where she held senior financial leadership positions across North America and Asia. Her previous roles include North Asia Zone CFO, Digital & Ecommerce CFO and CFO of L’Oréal’s North America Transformation Office. Most recently, she served as a CFO adviser to Warburg portfolio companies. At Scent Beauty, Land will oversee financial strategy and work alongside Co-Founder and CEO Stephen Mormoris to strengthen operational capabilities and support growth. She succeeds Co-Founder Jim Shiah, who will transition into an advisory role in 2027. The appointment follows portfolio expansion involving fragrance brands including Sweet Tooth by Sabrina Carpenter, Calliope by Megan Moroney and Untamed by Stetson.
