THE WHAT? Oriflame has appointed beauty industry veteran Kenneth Benaim Campbell as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, succeeding Anna Malmhake after three years at the helm.
THE DETAILS Campbell brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience, including 27 years at L’Oréal, where he held senior positions across Europe, Asia and Latin America and led businesses in markets including the UK, Germany, Spain, Mexico, China and India. Most recently, he served as President for Europe and North America at Lipton Teas & Infusions. He takes over from Malmhake, who oversaw Oriflame’s recapitalisation and the launch of its transformation strategy during her tenure.
THE WHY? The appointment brings significant global beauty and brand-building experience to Oriflame as it continues its transformation. Campbell’s background at L’Oréal and experience managing businesses across mature and high-growth markets could support Oriflame’s efforts to strengthen its beauty portfolio, Beauty Entrepreneur model and international growth.
