In my last blog I promised to provide you with a list of appropriate shampoo. Before I list my good shampoo, I have 12 points related to ways to keep your hair complete, strong and strong. They are able to memorize! When you read it, just remember that hair is dead material. If it breaks, it cannot be repaired further. Compare it to a piece of fabric, the gentleness you are with, its condition will remain in such a good condition!
Handle with care
1. Do not comb your hair while it is still wet. Studies make it clear that when the hair is wet, the risk of loss is much higher. This is to do with the fact that when combed, wet hair can be pulled (it is more flexible) and doing so can be easily damaged. Alternatively, brush before the rain.
2. The loss is most commonly combed/brushing. After washing, apply a good conditioner, then comb with your fingers with your hair, start with heads and work them towards the scalp. Just use a comb or brush. A good conditioner also helps prevent static in the winter months.
3. Use a wide tooth or brush with balls on flexible heads and heads. They are kind. Don’t bother with ‘natural’ brushes, some value is a fortune and your hair is broken more easily.
4. Dryers are very bad for your hair. If you still need to use the dryer, then keep it at least 30 cm away from your head, increase the temperature slowly and avoid heat to use ventilation hole brushes in it.
5. It is better to use clip more than elastic bands in your hair and differentiate your style. And the bigger the clip or hook, the better!
6. If you use haircare products, then use something that doesn’t make your hair hard. Your hair is more likely to be harder! And what they say in the salon also: less styling products you use better…
7. Color is not healthy for your hair, even a light version. It is better to live close to your natural color. Usually you can say that lighter hair is more harmful than it black. The colorful rinse is also better than a permanent color.
8. Use shampoo on your scalp and the least on the hair itself. In this way you leave the protective layer.
9. If, despite all the points mentioned above, your hair is damaged, then apply oil or protein masks (these are made of silicone, such as hydraulous protein) and allow it to absorb it for half an hour. It will provide a good layer on the hair and bring the spiral together. It will also prevent further damage to moisture.
10. Cut the dead head. Your hair will not only be full and shiny, but you also prevent this division from further division.
11. You just need to wash your hair when it feels dirty and grease. If you do not have to face the hair and live a clean lifestyle, then washing daily is not really necessary. If you can’t go one day without washing: Use shampoo for dry hair. They usually have less detergents. Or choose everyday shampoo, they usually have light cleansers. If you often wash with a hard cleanser, this can cause your skin to produce more sebum faster.
12. Always use the first shampoo/conditioner under the shower and then use your face cleansing so that any remaining remnants of the shampoo can be removed from your skin.
